My role is not to position myself as the expert of your mind or your life. Instead, I aim to walk alongside you as a guide and collaborator, helping you explore your internal world with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.
Slow Down
We work together to understand how thoughts, emotions, and life experiences move underneath the surface to influence behaviors and relationships.
Develop Awareness
We’ll explore patterns within family systems, current and past interpersonal dynamics, attachment experiences, and romantic relationships to build greater self-awareness and create meaningful change.
Create Clarity
Through this work, clients often develop a stronger connection to themselves, a deeper understanding of their needs and values, and greater clarity around what they want to be different in their lives.
I believe healing happens not only through insight, but through developing the capacity to experience yourself more fully and live more intentionally.
